四所热门公办专科，毕业生轻松获得“铁饭碗”，就业率高，录取分数亲民
学历内卷化已经不再是新鲜话题。在这场日益激烈的“学术竞争”中，人们谈论“考研”、“博士考试”| “留学”。
事实上，本科升学率不超过20%，相当一部分学生完成高中或职业高中学业后进入职业院校。大专生和大学生是我国最广泛的大学生群体。
所以虽然表面上看起来企业对学生的学历要求越来越高，但是当你踏入广阔的就业市场时，你会发现好的专科院校在就业方面其实并不比本科生逊色。
四大公办院校毕业生基本都能享受“铁饭碗”
在很多人的心目中，专科学校是贫困生寻找出路的地方。由于专科录取分数线较低，学制较短，毕业考核要求不像本科生那么严格。
但从国家发展战略来看，本科和专科同等重要，因为本科教育注重培养理论研究人才，而专科教育则强调培养实践能力较强的学生。两者在国家发展战略中缺一不可。
因此，本科课程常常分为私立和公立课程，专科学校也是如此。公立专科院校往往享受更多的政策支持。这四所公立专科学校在很多方面都和本科一样优秀：
中国邮政石家庄邮电学院
石家庄邮电学院隶属于中国邮政。这所学校的录取分数线相对较低。大部分省市的录取分数线在300分至350分之间。
这所学校最让人羡慕的就是毕业生会“保分配”。世友学生可以通过订单形式进入中国邮政。进入邮政基本上就是预订一个“铁饭碗”。
民航局广州民航职业技术学院
广州民航隶属于中国民用航空局。虽然是专科，但在广州的认可度还是很高的。
学校70%的毕业生可以在航空行业找到工作，而空乘职位是高薪、长期的职业。所以身体条件比较好的学生可以考虑这个学校。
空军装备部长沙航空职业技术学院
长沙航空学院是空军装备部直属专科院校。这所学校的就业率非常高。以第十九届毕业生为例，93%的学生被单位就业。
而且，长沙航空实际上具有军校性质，所以很多毕业生会直接进入军队或者相关国企。
但其录取分数线相对较高。其平均录取分数线在350分以上，部分地区录取分数线甚至达到400分以上。
国网山东电力学院
山东电力学院与国家电网直属，毕业生毕业后大部分进入电网工作。因此，其录取分数线也偏高，平均录取分数线在360分左右。
与一些民办本科相比，这些学校显然性价比更高，录取分数线比本科低，就业方面甚至比民办本科更有保障。
这也反映出，我国铁路、电力等一些领域，对本科生的需求不是那么强烈，但对技术岗位的需求却比较大。因此，成绩不理想的学生不必对自己的未来过于悲观。
学生成绩不好吗？当你读大专时不要灰心。选择专业，反败为胜。
其实专科生未来并不一定比本科生差。关键是选个好专业。
专科生选择专业时，必须遵循以下原则：实用性、技术性；广泛的就业机会；投入产出比适中。
专科生在学历上没有优势，所以本科专业最好不要选择热门或者技术含量少的专业。
对于空乘、铁路、学前教育等专业，大学学历就足够了。从近几年的招聘公告来看，大专学历也能满足这些职位的学历要求。
结论：其实学历并不是一个人的天花板，而更像是人成长的垫脚石。高学历意味着高起点，但并不意味着高终点。因此，学生需要自己努力，不要沉迷于悲观的“学业宿命论”。
