这是很多同学都容易犯的一个问题。一开始可能是5分钟，后来逐渐增加到10分钟、15分钟，我军训的时候，最长的是半个小时。别看它就是站着的意思，但是保持身体挺直，一动不动地站10分钟。身体素质差、平衡能力差的学生很容易出现头晕甚至呕吐的情况。军姿站立通常是在军事训练开始时进行的。那时，没有太多的适应期，这对新生来说是最大的挑战。
队列训练：分不清左转和右转。
可以算是军事训练的主要内容，主要有列队、左右对正、左右转、后转、步步走、向前踢腿等。最难受的就是向前训练踢腿和踏步训练，并且经常需要你保持这个姿势。有一段时间，双腿会酸痛、麻木；最难的是步调一致、摆臂；最有趣的是，人们经常左转和右转，却无法区分。两个人向同一个方向转，然后相视一笑，然后教练就转错人了。一声呵斥。
表演项目：超酷超酷，激动全场

紧急集结训练：凌晨3点紧急行军5公里
对此我也感触很深。会议时间是凌晨3点。经过一天的训练，我已经很累了，睡得很香。突然，天空中响起了一声哨响。正当大家还在揉眼睛的时候，就听到教官吼道：三分钟集合。许多同学提着裤子跑下楼。场面相当尴尬。随后大家被车开往荒野，下车步行约5公里，直到天快亮。印象最深的是，行军时从路边摘野枣充饥，确实有损队伍形象。
打靶回来：未击中所有目标并击中山坡
这应该是大家最期待的项目了。训练的目的地通常是射击场。去射击场修理并吃过早餐后，我们就开始射击。一般每人有五发子弹，快的人一分钟，慢的人不超过3分钟。最关心的是我打没打。旁边的教练肯定会说我打了。然后当我站在一旁看别人打的时候，大部分都是打在山坡上，我大概就能明白我打的是什么了。另外更有趣的是乞丐向教官要弹壳的场景。
不过，现在很多高校似乎都取消了训练和打靶项目。
军训是一个比较艰苦的过程，特别是对于缺乏训练的学生来说。军训期间一定要多喝水，适当准备一些补充能量的食物或者葡萄糖，避免熬夜，保证营养。经过几周的训练，大部分学员的身体素质都会得到明显的提高，这对每个人来说都将是一次难忘的经历。
